JiangsuFanhua Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 and is located in Caigang Industrial Cluster, Gensi Township, Taixing City, Jiangsu Province, the hometown of Yang Gensi, a special hero of the Korean War. The company has a registered capital of 21.8 million yuan, covering an area of 32000 square meters and a building area of 22000 square meters. It currently has 160 employees, including 35 engineering and technical personnel, 10 engineers, and 2 part-time professor level researchers. We have over 100 sets of first-class production and testing equipment in China, with fixed assets of 43.5 million yuan. We have formed a production scale spanning industries such as metallurgy, mining, cement, food, and oil refining, with a supporting capacity of 150 million yuan. We have been committed to researching and producing a series of reducers with soft tooth surfaces, medium hard tooth surfaces, and hard tooth surfaces; Planetary reducers, three ring reducers, star wheel reducers, lifting machinery reducers, special reducers for steel rolling, blast furnace reducers, large tilting furnace reducers, and non-standard reducers for special user needs. Our equipment can process external gears with a diameter of 2500mm, internal gears with a diameter of 2500mm, and gearboxes with a center distance of 2500mm, which can meet the production requirements of gears with six levels of accuracy and the entire machine. We can produce various non-standard gearboxes with a minimum unit weight of 3Kg and a maximum weight of 50000Kg.
