Working conditions of the reducer:
a、 The working environment temperature ranges from -40 ℃ to+45 ℃. When the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated before starting.
b、 The high-speed shaft speed shall not exceed the maximum value specified in the power meter.
c、 Instantaneous allowable sharp torque is 2.7 times the rated torque.
d、 Suitable for continuous, short-term or intermittent working systems, can be reversed in both directions.
e、 A non rigid coupling should be used between the reducer and the prime mover (commonly used electric motor) and the working machine, and its axis should be strictly aligned.
After installation, rotate the high-speed shaft by hand to make the low-speed shaft flexible in both directions.
