The three ring reducer is an advanced translational transmission mechanical reducer, which is widely used in many fields such as mining, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, rubber, engineering machinery, lifting and transportation, and light industry. It has the advantages of large torque, smooth operation, large transmission ratio, and good overload performance, and can generally replace gear planetary reducers, cycloidal pinwheel reducers, multi-stage cylindrical gear reducers, etc. Its basic form is composed of one low-speed shaft, two high-speed shafts, and three transmission ring plates. Each shaft is arranged in parallel, and the same two high-speed shafts drive the three transmission ring plates to move in a plane with a phase difference of 120 degrees. The inner ring of the transmission ring plate is in contact with the outer ring of the low-speed shaft, and is interlocked with teeth or needle pins to form a large transmission ratio; The shaft ends of each axis can transmit power separately and simultaneously. The three ring transmission mechanism is a self-contained system, consisting of several derivative types by increasing the number of high-speed and low-speed shafts or changing their mutual positions according to the basic single-stage transmission; Single stage transmission can be connected in series to form multi-stage transmission.
